Where's Captain Bartholomew?
In honor of the newest Blue Jacket Puppet Play, "The Revenge of Bartholomew," debuting at this year's Hunt for Dead October at HRNM, our Daybook Editor and former Blue Jacket Puppets staff member Gordon Calhoun made a couple of fun pictures for fans to enjoy. These familiar images, all of naval or Civil War history, have one addition to it: Pirate Captain Bartholomew! See if you can spot him! (Some are harder than others)

Welcome to Blue Jacket Puppets!
Welcome to the first post of the new HRNM Blue Jacket Puppets Blog! Blue Jacket Puppets is a new educational initiative from the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, created to educate and entertain the Hampton Roads community and beyond with fun and informative puppet presentations. Blue Jacket Puppets began with a grant received from the Tidewater Officers' Spouses' Association. Since then, we have created several puppet shows and fun videos available here to view on the Blue Jacket Puppets website.
